SY-7301/7303 is a nonionic fluorinated surfactant, a highly efficient surfactant. It can reduce the surface tension of the system to a low level at low dosage. For example, in an aqueous solution, when the dosage is only 0.001-0.005% (10-50ppm), the surface tension can be reduced to about 25dyn/cm, which can improve the wetting ability of the coating system to the substrate.

Due to the stability of the chemical structure, the fluorinated surfactant is acid-resistant and alkali-resistant, and has very good thermal stability. It is effective in a relatively wide pH range (2<ph<12), and the thermal decomposition temperature is >175C. Usage

The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.2%. During use, you can first dilute it with a certain solvent (such as IPA isopropyl alcohol, BC diethylene glycol butyl ether, etc.) and then add it to the system to ensure the best effect. Good dispersion and dissolution are very important for the effect of the additive.
