Product Introduction

Fracturing and acidizing are widely used in oilfield production enhancement operations. For example, in fracturing operations, guaiac, cross-linking agents, and proppant-carrying ceramic sand are generally used to inject into the formation. Among them, an important auxiliary agent, the clean-up agent, is used. Its main function is to destroy the cross-linking system of guaiac after the fracturing operation is completed, so that the liquid injected into the oil well can be discharged as much as possible to reduce the damage to the formation. Generally speaking, the clean-up agent is a compound product of surfactants. Its main function is to reduce the surface tension of the system. The lower the surface tension, the higher the efficiency of the return.

Due to its high surface activity, fluorosurfactants can effectively reduce the surface tension of the liquid to below 25dyn/cm at a very low dosage (100ppm), so they are widely used in oilfield clean-up agent products.

SY-1401 is a fluorosurfactant used as an oilfield drainage aid. It has the following characteristics:

1) High surface activity and low dosage;

2) Good compatibility with other surfactants and can be used in acidic or alkaline systems;

3) Good thermal stability and applicable temperature exceeds 175C;
